Rubber & Plastic Parts

Plastic injection molding: This is a manufacturing process for plastic products in which molten plastic is injected under pressure into a mold to form the desired plastic parts, which are then cooled and solidified. Rubber injection molding: Common products include O-rings, PU injection-molded covers, and hand-brake sleeves. A wide variety of plastics can be used in injection molding, with ABS, PC, reinforced PA, and PE being among the most frequently employed materials.

  • PE: Exhibits excellent low-temperature resistance (with a minimum service temperature ranging from -100°C to -70°C), good chemical stability, and resistance to corrosion by most acids and bases;
  • Enhanced PA: high strength, high modulus of elasticity, low creep, excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance; due to its poor flowability, the design of the mold structure is critically important.
  • PC: Exhibits high strength and elastic modulus, high impact resistance, high transparency, and excellent dyeability; it also features low molding shrinkage, good dimensional stability, poor fatigue resistance, and excellent weather resistance.
  • ABS: Excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical properties; however, its mechanical properties are not as good as those of PC.
