304 stainless steel is an economically priced, chromium-nickle material that offers very good corrosion resistance. Type 316 stainless steel has a higher nickel content and contains molybdenum for even better corrosion resistance. NPT threads. For use with Class 150 stainless steel threaded pipe fittings for applications with air, water, oil, natural gas, and steam. Meet ASTM A733 standards.
