1. Engine Cooling System
Application areas: coolant circulation lines, radiator inlet and outlet ports, and thermostat bypass lines.
Core functions: regulate coolant flow to maintain optimal engine operating temperature (preventing overheating or overcooling); and enable coolant diversion (e.g., switching between the engine block and the radiator).
Compatible media: antifreeze, water–ethylene glycol mixture, and pure water.
Material compatibility advantages: Brass is resistant to coolant corrosion and boasts excellent thermal conductivity, enabling rapid heat dissipation; the forging process eliminates internal porosity, thereby preventing leaks in high-pressure cooling systems.
