A: Yes. Small-batch production is our core business, it's based on a long-term, stable partnership.

Q: Do you support OEM / ODM projects?

A: Yes. OEM / ODM manufacturing is our core business and represents more than 80% of our businesses. We provide one-stop service from product development and manufacturing to sourcing and inspection.

Q: Do you support sample?

A: Yes. We are happy to support free samples for customers who are interested in long-term cooperation.

A: Our company operates under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 management systems. More than 30% of our team members work in engineering, quality, sourcing, and customer service to ensure effective control of details and efficient execution of customer requirements.

Q: What is your lead time?

A: Lead time is around 30–60 days. We can expedite when you really need.

Q: What shipping methods do you support?

A: We offer sea freight, air freight and international express shipping. We can work with freight forwarders designated by customers, or help choose a suitable freight forwarder.

Q: Can you manufacture UL / CE / NSF / RoHS / CSA /REACH compliant products?

A: Yes. We have more than 80 products certified by NSF, including timers, ball valves, check valves, gate valves and other products. We have maintained NSF certifications for over 15 years and have extensive experience with certification processes and compliance. We can also work with customers to support certification and compliance requirements when needed.
