Product Overview
The HELiOS H850 Toggle Piston Vent Valve (Part Number 10029030, Rev A) is a manual hand-lever vent valve designed for the HELiOS Marathon H850 portable liquid oxygen system. All wetted components undergo professional oxygen service cleaning per CGA G-4.1, removing oil and hydrocarbon contaminants to eliminate fire and explosion risks in oxygen service.
This toggle lever valve adopts a compact assembly structure. It is used for venting and pressure relief during liquid oxygen filling, featuring fast response and reliable manual operation. Widely applied in aerospace and portable medical liquid oxygen supply systems.

Technical Notes
- All wetted parts are cleaned for oxygen service in accordance with CGA G-4.1.
- Threads shall be coated with Krytox 240AC or EG2000 fluorinated grease.
- Leakage requirement: ≤49 cc/hr @97.75 psig; ≤180 cc/hr @85 psig. Stem leakage bubble tight (<5ccm) under 0.5 psig backpressure at outlet side.
- Burrs and sharp edges to be removed; all sharp corners broken.
- Compliance certificate supplied together with shipment.
- Refer to separate BOM under the same part number and revision for full component list.
