Our Toggle Vent Valve (Toggle Piston Vent Vane) is a precision-engineered valve designed specifically for oxygen service applications. All wetted components are professionally cleaned for oxygen service to eliminate hydrocarbon contamination, preventing fire and explosion risks under oxygen working conditions.
This toggle piston vent vane valve adopts a compact assembly structure, widely used in aerospace, gas handling, oxygen storage and delivery systems for venting, pressure relief and on-off control.

Technical Notes
The valve assembly is manufactured and inspected for oxygen service. The anodized aluminum body surface finish follows MIL-A-8625 Type II. Kel-F 80 packing can be substituted with equivalent PCTFE material upon request.
