Advanced 4-Stage Filtration System
Stage 1: Particulate Filtration: A 40-micron porous sintered bronze element traps fine dirt particles and pipe scale.

Installation & Operation Guidelines
Hand-Tighten Only: When installing the DFD-10, hand-tighten to a leak-proof seal. DO NOT use any mechanical tools (such as wrenches or pliers) and do not over-torque the threads, as this may damage the plastic housing.
Disposable Design: This product is a fully integrated, single-use consumable. Do not attempt to clean, reverse-flush, or refill the unit.
Chemical Warning: Avoid exposing the polycarbonate housing to solvents, strong chemicals, or ketones, which can degrade the structural integrity of the plastic.
Hose Management: Keep connecting air hoses free of snags. Extra side tension or pulling force on the filter/dryer assembly could break the connecting ports. Always grasp the hose below the unit when clearing stuck lines.
Critical Safety Warnings
⚠️ FREEZING HAZARD: This device actively collects and traps moisture from the air stream. DO NOT use in ambient environments below 32°F (0°C). If trapped moisture freezes, ice expansion will rupture the plastic housing, causing immediate high-pressure failure.
⚠️ SYSTEM POSITIONING: The DFD-10 is a point-of-use polisher designed to remove trace bypass oil/moisture. It is NOT intended to replace your primary compressor room air filtration system or refrigerated dryers. Main line oil/water separators must be maintained upstream to ensure optimal service life.
