Product Introduction
Specifications:
1. Material: Brass components - Yellow brass, HPb59-1, compliant with RoHS or REACH certification requirements.
2. Surface Treatment: Sandblasted nickel plating, coating thickness 10-20 micrometers.
3. Thread: 1/2 BSPP X 4 internal thread.
4. Maximum Working Pressure: 10 bar.
5. Maximum Working Temperature: 90°C.
6. Medium: Water.
7. FKM70 O-ring.
8. Red powder-coated zinc alloy butterfly handle.
9. Valve open and closed positions form a 45° angle with the valve body.
10. For each batch, submit material certificates and pressure test reports as per drawing requirements (leakage test reports at 1 MPa and 1.5 MPa pressures).
11. Mark the hexagonal area at the illustrated position with: 1/2 BSPP and date code (month/day/year), e.g., 071024 (produced on July 10, 2024), as shown in Note Figure 1.
