Product Introduction
1.The compressor is made of copper and the valve port is made of stainless steel, offering a long service life.
2.Coil (RV13403) is self-latching type. No continuous power supply is needed after energizing to open the valve, the valve stays open permanently. To close the valve, simply reverse the positive and negative poles of the coil power supply;
3.Sealing parts adopt high-quality hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber, compatible with various refrigerants.
Working Principle & Structure Diagram
When energized, the coil excitation circuit generates a magnetic field and magnetic force. The moving iron core (4) overcomes its own weight and spring force under electromagnetic force to directly lift the valve port sealing gasket. Medium flows in from the inlet, passes through the valve port and discharges from the outlet (See Figure 1). Equipped with a permanent magnet self-latching structure, the magnet holds the moving iron core, so the valve remains open normally after power cut-off.
When reversing the positive and negative poles of power supply, the moving iron core overcomes the attraction of the permanent magnet under combined magnetic force and spring force, sealing the valve port and blocking medium flow, the valve closes. After power is cut off, spring force keeps the valve port sealed, maintaining closed status.
