Y Strainer--Series is heavy duty casting body, but with bigger moulded cavity.

Ideal for installations upstream to protect pumps, control valves, regulators, meters, etc. from rust, pipe scale and dirt.  

Available in Casting brass, Forged brass and Casting Stainless Steel.

Self cleaning can be accomplished by opening the plug connected to the blow-off outlet.
